Ingredients

  • cups frozen peaches (about 7.5 oz)
  • cups unsweetened almond milk
  • tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar Swerve 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 3 tbsp slivered almonds

Instructions

  • HEAT peaches in the microwave to defrost.
  • WHISK together milk, chia seeds, almond butter, Swerve, vanilla extract, and flax meal until smooth.
  • DICE peaches and stir in. Refrigerate overnight.
  • TOAST the slivered almonds in a dry skillet and chop finely.
  • WARM the pudding slightly before serving and top with toasted almonds.
