Instant Pot Tomato & Green Bean Beef Stew – FULL CAL
Ingredients
- 10 oz beef chuck cut into 1” cubes
- 1 tbsp ghee
- ¾ cup onion diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1¾ cups tomato crushed
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2½ cups green beans trimmed and cut into 2” pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika smoked
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp allspice, coriander each
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- SET Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat ghee. Add the beef cubes and onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
- TURN off sauté mode and add the remaining ingredients.
- COOK on high pressure for 15 minutes.
