Instructions
SET Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat ghee. Add the beef cubes and onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
TURN off sauté mode and add the remaining ingredients.
COOK on high pressure for 15 minutes.
