Sugar-Free Peach Pie Chia Pudding – FULL CAL
Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen peaches (about 7.5 oz)
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar Swerve
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 3 tbsp slivered almonds
Instructions
- HEAT peaches in the microwave to defrost.
- WHISK together milk, chia seeds, almond butter, Swerve, vanilla extract, and flax meal until smooth.
- DICE peaches and stir in. Refrigerate overnight.
- TOAST the slivered almonds in a dry skillet and chop finely.
- WARM the pudding slightly before serving and top with toasted almonds.
