Low-Carb Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 14 oz coleslaw mix package
- 1/4 cup no-sugar added mayonnaise such as Primal Kitchen brand
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Swerve
- 2 tsp Celery seed
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- COMBINE the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Swerve, celery seed, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
- ADD the coleslaw mix to the bowl and toss until well coated with the dressing.
- COVER and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
