Ingredients

  • 14 oz coleslaw mix package
  • 1/4 cup no-sugar added mayonnaise such as Primal Kitchen brand
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Swerve
  • 2 tsp Celery seed
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • COMBINE the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Swerve, celery seed, and salt in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • ADD the coleslaw mix to the bowl and toss until well coated with the dressing.
  • COVER and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
