Ingredients

  • 6 oz ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup sweet potato , shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion , minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seed
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • COMBINE everything but the ghee in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 3″ in diameter.
  • HEAT the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip, cover, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • REMOVE from heat and serve
