Low Carb Sweet Potato Turkey Patties – FULL CAL
Ingredients
- 6 oz ground turkey
- 3/4 cup sweet potato , shredded
- 1/4 cup onion , minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ghee
Instructions
- COMBINE everything but the ghee in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 3″ in diameter.
- HEAT the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip, cover, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- REMOVE from heat and serve
