Ingredients

  • 6 oz ground turkey
  • 2 cups yellow squash diced
  • 2 cups kale roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • PREHEAT a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • ADD the ground turkey and diced squash. Season with salt and Italian seasoning and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through and the squash is softened.
  • ADD the kale and continue sauteing for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.
