Ingredients

  • 9 oz beef chuck cut into 1” cubes
  • ¾ cup onion diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • cups tomato crushed
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • cups green beans trimmed and cut into 2” pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp allspice, coriander each
  • tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • SET Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the beef cubes and onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
  • TURN off sauté mode and add the remaining ingredients.
  • COOK on high pressure for 15 minutes.
