Low Carb Kale Turkey Hash – LOW CAL
Ingredients
- 6 oz ground turkey
- 2 cups yellow squash diced
- 2 cups kale roughly chopped
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- PREHEAT a large pan over medium-high heat.
- ADD the ground turkey and diced squash. Season with salt and Italian seasoning and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through and the squash is softened.
- ADD the kale and continue sauteing for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.
