Low Carb Blackberry Sausage Patties – FULL CAL
Ingredients
- 12 oz lean ground pork
- ¼ cup onion minced
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- ¾ cup blackberries halved
- 1 tbsp fresh sage finely chopped
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp ghee
Instructions
- COMBINE pork, onion, garlic, sage, seasonings, and about ¼ of the blackberries in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- DIVIDE the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
- PRESS the remaining blackberries into the patties.
- HEAT the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
