Workout - 24 minutes
Cardio Finisher - 4 minutes

Equipment:

2 Light dumbbells
2 medium weight dumbbells
1 box or bench/elevated surface

3 Rounds:

12 Rear Foot Elevated Lunges
12 Single Arm Shoulder Press
Max length plank
90 Dumbbell Toe taps

Cardio Finisher:

4 rounds:
30 seconds jump rope
30 seconds rest
