Hi there-

I’m Rayzel, a 40 year old mom.
My story? There’s a lot to tell - but mostly, I want you to know that I’ve been lots of places you are, so I’m aware of the struggle & mental anguish dealing with weight causes us women.

I don’t have it all figured out, but I have managed to lose 50 lbs, stop a real problem with a binge eating disorder(we’re talking 1/2 gallons of ice-cream for a snack), and maintain my weight loss for 7 years. I DON’T EAT PERFECTLY STILL.

1. Weight training improves metabolism and builds muscle, which allows you to burn more calories even at rest, so you can both:

> Eat more on a daily basis when you are maintaining, without weight gain

INSPIREFUL DIET

The INSPIREFUL DIET is a calorie cycling plan, based on a couple simple ideas:

1. Metabolism drops when you diet continuously, making weight loss harder and harder on the same diet. Dieting on/off keeps your metabolism higher, making your weight loss weeks more successful.

2. Having a week of maintaining between weight loss weeks allows you to eat more food and feel "normal" often enough so you don't go crazy.
