Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350° and spray a 10 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
WHISK eggs in a large bowl. Stir in vegetables and cilantro. Season with sea salt. Pour into pan.
BAKE for 30-35 minutes. Allow frittata to cool slightly. Gently slide off pan and onto a plate. Slice into 4 pieces.
