Instructions
HEAT the ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
ADD the peppers and onion and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened.
ADD the sausage to the skillet and continue sautéing for another 2-3 minutes, until the sausage is heated through and browned.
REMOVE from heat and stir in the nutritional yeast.
