Instructions
COMBINE pork, onion, garlic, sage, seasonings, and about ¼ of the blackberries in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
DIVIDE the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into patties.
PRESS the remaining blackberries into the patties.
PREHEAT a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
